About Zoë

Zoë Watch is a stand-up comedian, writer, and creative force who has performed at The Second City in Chicago, The Backline in Omaha, recently co-produced the Watch Her comedy showcase — a filmed event celebrating women’s voices. Her theatrical experience spans 23 years, eleven of those years she spent perfecting partner dances, including swing dancing, and she has won awards for her singing.

She is a graduate of Reed College who majored in theatre. Her style mixes smart social commentary with absurd observations, asking the big questions like, “Why do we need to wear a medieval tit harness?” Zoë’s sets are equal parts clever, weird, and soulfully unhinged — kind of like if a philosophy major wrote punchlines in a Lisa Frank notebook.

Based in Chicago, she’s writing and improvising jokes that land in your gut and echo in your brain.
